If we are using the tempest what 5l and 6l gem set up should we be using to fit in the critical strikes gem?

I just built one of these chars with after farming enough currency with my GC miner. Was wondering if anyone could take a look at my char(Veliosa) and suggest any improvements? I can't switch to the tomb gloves without crippling my resists. I know the main thing I need is more levels/passives.
