Updated the guide a bit to improve readability and make it up to date. Passive tree updatet, made those quick tho so if someone see's a improvement shoot a message.

Any consensus on which of the classes is best? I see lots of elementalists, but wondering if I should start leveling a witch to get a build going. :P

I am currently leveling the scion variant. Where are we supposed to get Dex from, I don't really see any from nodes.
