So I guess I'm the only one hearing Gollum hissing "my precious" off in the darkness as I sneak around Merveil's cave. I love POE. I do. But this backstory feels very, um, familiar. Almost like a Hobbit wrote it.

Looks cool. But uh...about the lore: Daresso fought in the Sarn Arena? I could have sworn he talks about the Grand Arena of Theopolis, and that the Eternal Empire was gone by the time he did his fighting.

I assume it's intended to be taken as fighters in his vein, not literally him.

Except they go on to say Kalisa was performing at the Sarn Arena, and that Daresso got the gem from her. Retcon it is!

I'm pretty sure you need a blood of corruption for it. It also grants a skill and is corrupted. The ither ones could bea ruby ring, lightning warp (maybe lvl 10) and an orb of fusing...

Seems like most of the uniques are one or the other in this game....eh I just collect them usually.
