[2.4 Video Guide] Inquisitor/Elementalist's Ice Nova SHATTER Crit Build! [HC/SC Viable]

Updated for 2.4. Nothing has changed much, except the nerf to Elementalist. It is still a viable choice though. That said I think I prefer the inquisitor now.

I'm a level 79 inquisitor. Here's my gear:



I kinda skimped out on chaos res. :D That said, it's incredibly easy to get resists with this build, I'm way overcappped. It's hard NOT to be overcapped. It is very tanky, and I love ice nova's freeze. What things should I improve for now, and do you guys think I should upgrade to a 6L for the life leech gem?
Also, are there longer range skills possible for the single target skill, as flame surge is pretty much melee, and that scares me a bit. :D

I'm thinking freeze pulse, glacial cascade, ice spear, etc.

Now that Ice Spear has been buffed, wouldnt it be a better choice than flame surge?

I haven't tested it, but I think flame surge will remain the best choice. If you decide to test it, let me know =)

Can't remember precisely, but around 65-75% I think :)

On the gem setup you got Blasphemy + Enfeeble + Assassin's Mark

How does that work? It's 2 curses there. Do we choose one to go with Blasphemy? If so, which one is the best choice?

I saw someone else in the thread that said this build cant do uber Labyrinth.

How does it do on merc labyrinth? If uber is doable, does that mean merc will be quite a struggle with this build?
