Thank you for taking the time, it has been a bit over a year since last I played PoE so my knowledge of mechanics was a bit rusty. You are right that without Resolute our hit will be too low and the crit won't proc EO since I have to crit.
regarding gems:
Brutality seems to be better choice on Beta over Melee Dmg on Full Life for non-aura builds. At level 13 (q0) Brutality gives 52% more physical dmg to supported skills, that's equivalent to a level 23 MdoFL. The exchange is that you can't do any Elemental Dmg (so definitely better for a non-aura build, not true with Hatred + HoA).

the thing with brutality is u cant use flasks like taste of hate, atziris promise and sin's rebirth too, wich are huge dps boosts (u cant do chaos too)

try to get "lion's roar" flask, this give a huge dps boost. and than "taste of hate" and "sin's rebirth"

Some of your gems are capped at level 20. You should trade them to a vendor with 1 GCP to get a level 1 20% quality gem of the same gem. That will boost it a fair amount once they level again. Try not to do them all at once as it will obviously lower your damage considerably at first using level 1 gems. Might have to drop a map tier or two but they will level fast.
