Can the budget version of this build do Shaper? Or do you need to have the high budget version? I was thinking of trying this build as my first boss farmer.
Yes ofc you can kill Shaper using budget option. Tukohama shield is very controversial item, I would say it's not needed at all to do Shaper, and it not make maping faster.

Totemic Zeal is almost useless when you got tons of attack speed everywhere.
I tested it and don't feel any difference now. It's good for leveling only, when your gear and attack speed sucks. Difference in totem placing on my gear and buffs rolling is under 0,01 sec = not noticeable at all.

i am getting aspd on my jewels too. Should be able to remove zeal when I have like 7 aspd jewels + maxed out shield?
