got a 791% FB, upped my tooltip by 2k, LOL. I'm not sure this is correct information.

They are very correct. Your flat phys is not good, this is the reason why it didnt jump over 2k.
what u think about The magnate belt for this build ?
Not worth it, you need a lich vise belt or if you need def/res a vise. the two sockets from a lich belt with the 50% boost is far superior for you flat physical.
