Bug report:

Buyouts for divination cards do not show in trade thread posted by procurement. Preview text in "Forum export"-tab correctly shows buyouts. When copied manually to thread buyouts are correctly formatted. When "update forum thread"-button is pressed, buyouts for divination cards are not posted.

Known?

Is there a way to streamline selling so that everything in a "1C" tab automatically sets a b/o price of 1chaos without having to manually set each buyout?

right-click the tab and click "set tab buyout".

I had to re-format my computer recently so lost all my procurement prices, is there any way to copy the code from the forums into procurement to give me back all my prices?

Unfortunately not, the only way would have been to have backed up your buyouts.xml file.

It works fine for me with a non-steam account, I checked.

Procurement already supports steam users, login using sessionID.

It is not allowing me to post to the forums. When I copy+paste the code it says "Failed to find item. Did you specify the correct location and x y?"

What do i do?
