" Took them awhile, but GGG felt that with minimal effort, it was easy to cap 95% chance to evade attack projectiles. Not only they nerfed it, but added a drawback to trade one problem for another problem. Might help with ranged builds (Even then, I would not spec into the keystone), but melee builds would be like no thanks. Just need to invest a bit more in evasion to make Arrow Dancing meh. Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

Arrow dancing has a pretty decent synergy with blind. Even with Iron reflexes, you'll have a 66.5% chance to evade blinded enemies using projectile attacks.
The main issue, of course, is that blinding far away enemies is not very easy to do. And blinding dead porcupines is even harder... Can just pop a granite flask. That solves most of the issue. That is what I do with my evasion builds these days, and Druidic Rite notable helps out a lot in these cases.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

Freeze and shatter them? no spike if they get shatter killed. If not then stop using evasion? it still is the most laughable damage mitigation type.

Dead mobs being more threatening than alive ones Having any penalisation for my damage output that isn't an opportunity cost

Literally anything anti-melee, the game is almost intrinsically anti-melee so any specific mechanics are fucking bullshit
I'm not categorically opposed to "on-death" effects, I actually like bearer bloodlines on the mechanical level however the current execution sucks ass.
