Thoughts on Inc AoE vs GMP on Ball Lightning 5 link? Am very early in the process of leveling but in my mind, GMP would be better than Inc AoE due to higher chance of proccing fire burst, unless I'm missing something. Would the damage penalty from GMP affect Flame Burst damage?

IncAoE=+39%AoE
(1.69*1.69)/(1.3*1.3)=1.69=+69% proc rate/ball
If you change IncAoE to GMP,proc rate against single mob pack will be 31%less.

GMP fire 5balls, but these balls can't proc Fire burst simultaneously.
Fire burst has 500ms cooldown.

GMP is better in many mob open field maps(Dried lake etc).
IncAoE is better in other maps and bosses.

One shot sometimes occurred with DPS setup(no Paragon,no Cwdt-IC)
But I've never died by reflection with Paragon+Ruby+11kES in maps have no -max resistance mod.

I guess one shot will occur to low ES pool+Paragon character.
If you don't have high ES, PoF is nice choice.

Paragon
Cwdt+IC+Red Nightmare
Death's Door
Discipline+HoT+AA(no PoF)
Only run Shaped T11~15

I did 95~98 leveling with this setup.
It was very stable leveling.
I think good gear character don't need PoF.

Does it matter which kind of staff it is? Low ilvl/high ilvl?

+18%block or 80% critical chance staff.
I thinik 18%block staff is better for map run.

If you want to get highest spell damage mod, you have to choose iLv84~staff.
But difference is very slight as compared to iLv76~staff.

This might be a dumb question, but how are you handling No Regen maps? Do you get leech on boots? Or do you ignore them entirely? Mana Flask?

Assassin's Mark has mana gain on kill.
It's easy to keep mana in no regen map.

But I usually change diamond flask to mana for emergency.

It's not combined.
Same skill share cooldown time.
I think DW setup is not efficient.
