Im curious if anyone has tried clearing hall of grand masters with this build. I have trouble with some of the guys at the end of each hall, they tend to be level 100's with massive shield, and I cannot damage them at all.

Are there different gems I could use to make clearing this map possible? Poison? I'm willing to get different colors on my 6L specifically to clear this map. Any advice would be appreciated!

Cleared it just once. HoGM is very very hard for most attack based builds and even harder if your evasion based. Alot of the exiles have Resolute Technique and some Bow based ones have Lioneyes Glare and can crit you very hard. You need to play VERY methodically and careful.

I recommend using lightning Strike or Spectral throw, get decoy totem, the anti block gem. It takes a bit of commitment and skill.

This build can definately do it but its just too much of a struggle. Farming HoGM imho isnt really worth it anyways.

Or you just play a Righteous Fire character with Scorching Ray and faceroll the map :)

Ammy is weak otherwise you are looking good, why use a mana flask?

I play a lvl94 Inquisitor copy-paste version of your https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/GornoDD/characters Ele Claw Lightning Strike character.
My Goal is to farm MinoTaur. I rip thru T15 mobs, t15 bosses and t16 mobs. But my Killspeed of Minotaur is like 30-40sec. In your GIF you kill it with molten strike in 3-4 sec.

1. Is Molten strike better single target - should i switch?
2. Am i missing something with the Lightning strike skill - Should i stand away from bosses - so "projektiles hit" - og can i face tank. Like withmolten strike.
3. Here is my Path of Building. When i swap your Phys weap in - i get 20% damage. But then i get like only 3% damage (less than a abyss jewel) - when i swap in a Conversion Watchers eye. What is wrong here ?
4. Does the head enchant "Extra Lightning strike projectiles" add extra single target damage ?
5. Do you like my Chest setup with 3B-2R-1G instead of yours - so it allows swapping for more boss damage and mob damage. Basically i get Elemental Focus + Elemental Damage with attacks on bosses. Instead of Ancestral/ele with attacks.

My Charactor is almost yours mirroed (except a bit worse gear): Main DIffs
1. Ele weap (no watchers)
2. I swapped Elemental focus in instead of Added Ele with attacks. That way i have a Red socket i can use for either Ancenstral/Ele with attacks for boss / Trash. Is that a good idea ?
3. My Head enchant is "additional projectiles. I rip thrue trash - so thought i didnt need the Pierce stuff for Minotaur optimisation.
4. My Boot enchant is missing. Didnt use currency to gain "attack speed on kill" - since trash mobs arent a problem,and it doesnt give me single target.

Buy better jewels , better rings (opal) enchant your boot , better belt (40-50 % elemental damage ) , with my gear (not really good) i kill mino with mods in 7-8 sec

Will a claw like this work well? or is the life on hit imperative? I play hardcore, so if it means my survivability will drop substantially that's also a problem
