Get Abyss jewels with % life regen on them. Use Fragile Bloom. You can also try out Immortal Flesh if you can handle the res deficit.

You are missing purity of flesh and combat stamina, those together are +17% life. As for boots, the missing movespeed on kaoms shouldnt matter much since you'll be shield charging everywhere.

You have flat fire dmg on one of your items (gloves), if you want to make use of EE you need to make sure you either never hit the enemy with an attack (like shield charge) or swap the gear piece against one without that stat.

What do you think of the watcher's eye jewel for 30% increased life recovery while using vitality?
Worth dropping clarity and MOM for this jewel + vitality?

Also, is there anywhere in the gear that you can add a CWDT-BR-IC setup to proc arakaali bonus for bosses, or using a writhing jar to proc the trickster life recovery on bosses?
