Anyone that's tried this so far this league can you share some of your experience on how its doing in higher tier maps and the damage on map bosses etc

Your 3.1 trees seem bugged? Could you please update them and elaborate which path to take. Take the abyss jewel path if I use abyss jewels and if not the other one?

Fixed, for hopefully the last time. And I highly recommend the Abyss Jewels path for 3.1. Get Acrobatics first (but not the improvement nodes for now). Then just go through the Duelist area to the life wheel, MoM, and EO.

Minor review from 'casual' sc player -

I'm currently lvl 90 and have successfully done everything except shaper (I never done shaper before so I'm saving up for a 6L chest before I finally attempt it). I'm doing the duelist path version rather than shadow because imo the abyssal jews are incredibly strong and duelist path gives more jewel slots (and life). I was lucky enough to grab an almost perfect ele dmg jewel (50+ cold dmg, 50+ lightning dmg per attack) and thats adds 30k dmg, according to PoB, which beats most things on the tree. 10% increased melee/ele dmg is approx 4.5k so very few things on the tree beats the path to a jewel slot for efficiency.

The main draw for me was the BiS weapon being a 1c item. I bought a perfect frostbreath like 3 days into the league while I was only lvl 40 for 1c and never had to give a shit about upgrading weapons ever since which feels really nice. Lycosidae being so expensive this league is a pain but in my personal experience using a decent evasion life + resist shield is fine until like t10.

The leveling was pretty smooth. I went from ancestral call + molten strike to cyclone at lvl 50 and never looked back.

Build was really fun to play. This was my first melee build (I almost always play spellcaster)

By next league, I hope that someone comes up with a BiS 1c 6L chest armour build ~~

- For accuracy problems, just put a few points into acc+crit between duelist and maruader and some more by templar life nodes with a Acc helmet then refund them. I was able to maintain a 90% hit chance till I switched. However, using a lycosidae is a huge noticeable improvement. I never used esh's mirror so can't comment.

- Since this build uses evasion + dodge + just a large effective hp pool some physical degen (and chaos if you don't maintain sufficient resist I suppose) will destroy you. Specifically this league I'm talking about Elder. Use a granite with 100% increased armour or some other form of physical dmg mitigation to not die to his floor aoe shit.

- Play the game with a jewel live search going in the background. Good abyss jewels increases dps for this build like nothing else and there are some super cheap ones around since no one really cares about cold damage for maces. Good rare normal jewels with life and mace stuff are pretty cheap too. They don't give as much dmg but they still give more life with 7% max hp.

I just realised something weird. I use herald of ice and AA so I have 50% reservation. Consequently, if I took out all the mana nodes and MoM and stuck them onto every life nodes nearby then I would actually end up with more actual life than EHP of MoM+Life. Is there any other benefit of MoM besides the increased EHP? I be losing out on some of the flask bonuses but I think its a decent price to pay for more life.

Any thoughts about Shroud of the lightles for our chest? Its the middling option between Belly's life and Hyrri's dmg (with a good abyss Jewel shroud would actually add more dmg whilst still giving life). Not sure how good 20 ele pen is compared to 20q 20 cold pen (prob not as good).

Any thoughts about using controlled destruction? It means we can't apply chill with our attacks but with permanent phase and artic armour we should still be able to chill enemies.

if i could get my hands on that shield I'd probably spend all the regrets needed to transition from the cyclone build im using now, into this one.

When did you happen to switch to cyclone? At 50 when you can use the weapon?

can you help, How to leveling ? I mean when u start using cyclone? If on 50 lvl, how the better way to level until 50 lvl?

Should I be going with 15% cyclone AS or 40% damage?
