If violations of the Logan Act is all you got, you got literally nothing. Nobody cares about it. It has never been enforced in its 200+ years of existence. Not even in 2007 when there was an US embargo on Syria and Nancy Pelosi personally went to meet with Assad.

And my point with Strzok is that he's not the only one.

You didn't read WHY the Logan Act is usually swatted away as a nothing law and why for this particular instance, fits perfectly. This is the first time it will be used as it was originally intended.

I've read the tweets. The author keeps attacking a strawman (something "Republicans say") and he conveniently forgets that Barry O. also spoke with several countries during his transitional period. And I assume other presidents did that before too. And the author also lies about why the Logan Act was implemented in the first place. It was not to protect the old president from a "soft coup" during the new president's transitional period. The author suffers from TDS and the tweets are nonsense. I chuckled at him calling Putin demented. What an absolute moron.

Personally, I find quite absurd that the chief of state to be, after the election has passed, isn't allowed to have diplomatic relation with foreign governments.

And I say that while I have a loooot of contempt towards Trump

Still, the law is the law and I expect it to be applied, especially in the US where the intent of the law matter less than the wording.

Diplomatic relations with other countries is not disallowed.

I don't think the problem is diplomatic relations with other countries but conducting and carrying out activities that contradict or undermining existing national policies at the time.
