[3.4] Flicker Strike Slayer 100% Hardcore Viable / Extreme Fast Map clearer

Same here... using a bit tweaked version as well with a terminus est as main weapon.

Needs some crit and frenzy nodes. Combining it with Herald of (Electricity) and a vaal totem for bossfights.
Tweeked it with phys to lightning and working towards a 6-link Inpulsa now for extra ele-dmg...

Resis are a huge problem because I have shit gear. Need to farm/craft better.

And btw to everyone if you use Brutalliy YOU CANT USE atzritis Promise and other things that does chaos/elemental damage.
Sorry that i diddnt update the build but got fucked with all the bugs on the first weeks with flicker..


edit:i expiremented with double curse / and two curse on hit rings and everything to max the damage and clear speed it is great you can min max so much like getting The Brine Crown for more armor /canot be frozen or an Amulet with max life leech recovery ect ect ect but yea thanks for the feedback that it still works :)
