Just spam as you can. Mana is no issue with Warlord's Mark up.

As you speak of mana... as soon as I activated keystone skill "Mind over matter", everything went down and I don't understand when it will be "repaired" by something else.

I mean as soon as i'm surrounded of take any significant damage, mana is out in a sec and can do nothing without mana...

What am I missing?

you cast Bone Offering manualy, but in your gem section you link it with cast when damage taken.

So you need to be hit to proc, or you cast it with another gem ?
