Possible, yeah. But a lot worse.
The main damage source of this build is the ability to stack poison duration with Noxious Strike.

It's usable but I don't see any way it could be better than Molte Strike.

You get a lot less poisons than from Molten Strike, so the jewel actually gets significantly worse:

There's also the problem that the life on hit goes from "facetank everything" to "mediocre".

The one thing you could do is use a 2h weapon in your swap that uses Viper Strike and that profits from the poisons you applied with MS, though I don't see any realistic scenario where this could be used.

At first I thought that we can swap body, but your suggestion much better. Thx for idea! =)

Build still working great with low quality gear, and having lots of fun with it. Currently doing t11 maps with few to no issues on any map mods.
I am having a hard time finding a decent amulet though, do you think this could be worked into the build? https://prnt.sc/iv2rjn. Currently using a Carnage Heart.

That also got me thinking that despair might be worth considering instead of temp chains, but I guess the *increased duration from it is essential?

is it worth taking the heartseeker node on the right side of passive tree?

one question also i love this build but here goes would point blank be worth obtaining at all? the chaos damage increase for two points seems like a good idea imo unless i am missing something.
