Yes, you need to attack 3 times to do a whole bodyswap. But if there're already Corpses in front of you. You don't need to cast unearth. Usually there're corpses in when you killing monsters.

You can trigger spell gem in poet's pen with any attack. Even with default attack.

Maybe it's a stupid question, but how do you get the frenzy charges?

How do you fight bosses? I seem to die really quickly. Using almost your exact same gear. Do you mind if we add you in game and ask questions for a faster reply?

Also I figured out that issue, I had the gems swapped in the wands. Easy fix.

Because I use raider. You can get frenzy charge stable with Way of Poacher note. And that's a big reason whyb 1 we use raider.

How do you fight bosses?

You have to use correct gear to fight high tier map bosses. If you use all MF gears it's hard to fight high tier map bosses. And you have to swap out poet's pen to stand still fighting bosses.
