[3.2] Heavy Strike Slayer a.k.a "THE STUN THAT NO ONE ASKED FOR" [Permastun Chimera & Shaper Stun!]

Anyone is playing this build in current league, so i can check his progress? :-)

I just switched from Sunder to Heavy Strike (and Sunder in statstick) on level 89, and i kinda feel i might need some dmg buff from elsewhere - what about Loreweave instead of Belly?

BTW according to this stun calculator, there is no chance you can have 100% stunlock on Shaper... is there anything i'm missing?
