[3.6] Triple Herald Blade Vortex Elementalist

I am doing quite well with this build although I had a really hard time getting my Inpulsa to 6l. I must have used over 3k Fusings but got it now.

I have seen people use different gem setups with this build. What would be the best mapping/bossing (elder/shaper) setups for a non-crit EO version of this build.

So far I got (Vaal)BV-Phys2Light-ContrDest-Hypothermia-Efficacy for mapping. 6l would be Ice Bite?

Bossing would be BV-Phys2Light-ContrDest-Hypothermia-ConcEffect + X?
Does Hypothermia even work on Elder/Shaper etc?

Seems like a huge waste for a minimal reward and an inpulsa isnt that expensive after all.. You're also losing out on a ton of stats if you have those 3 items, this build require a somewhat decent life pool, without it its really easy to get one shot.

It could work great for other builds tho, but I dont think its worth the effort for this one

If life is an issue, then wouldn't a Belly a good alternative until inpulsa?

And you say that inpulsa isn't too expensive, but the price on it keeps rising daily and the cost of exalts is going up by a faster rate than the cost of an inpulsa.

Again, I'm just recommending some budget options until one can afford the BiS.

I honestly would just stick to a 6l rare chest with life + resistances, until an inpulsa drops or peopel can buy one.

I am saying an inpulsa is cheap atm. compared to the other BIS items in this build, 5-6ex isnt too bad for bis chest

Buddy of mine ran this build in Incursion and killed Uber Elder multiple times. Swap a herald for Impurity of Ice or run Enlighten 4 and add the impurity. As above, drop Beacon of Ruin for Paragon of Calamity--it basically guarantees 8% less cold damage for the entire fight, bringing your effective ele res over 90%.

I'll ask him for it. It's worth noting, though, it'll be his very, very lategame build--he's a hardcore uber lab farmer (which he also did with this build) and he usually only plays one build for the whole league. He easily spent a couple of mirrors worth of exalts by the end of the league.

I have F81/L82/C82 resists and use gloves with 25% cold and 25% lightning convertion, is it better to use wiseoak than sulphur flask?

40% dmg vs 15% cold and lightning penetration feat reduction of fire

6ex is a no links inpulsa, if u want a 6link one then you're looking at 11ex+ which i wouldn't consider cheap at all. Ex are already 130c and rising every few hours

What are your thoughts on this one?

Also what would be a good price check for it?
