Ok I feel extremely squishy, please help.

I'm res capped, have 3k evasion, 5.5k life and 700 shield but I'm getting one shot all the time trying to do +10 maps, the temple boss wrecks me and I just can't progress any further. How can I increase my defences? all my gear feels awful for level 85...

I have a question about weapons for this build.

In the guide, it is mentioned the weapon needs to be significantly better than Divinarius, but it is very hard to get a good weapon at the beginning of the league. Is it worth investing in Divinarius right now?

Meanwhile, how good is Doryani's Catalyst for offhand? Is it worth investing?

Is it kind of lame if I duel wield Divinarius...

I see you've changed the ascendancy options and didn't go for the reflect immune anymore. Any particular reason?

It's because this build's endgame chest armour is Inpulsa. The shock proliferation from Beacon of ruin node is what allows you to make entire screens of mobs explode in a chain reaction. The ele reflect immunity is only taken before you can do uber lab, since the 2 points leading up to beacon of ruin do basically nothing for us. You can keep it if you won't be getting Inpulsa any time soon, even after uber lab. Though the chill and shock bonuses that Beacon provides are more useful than ele reflect immunity in most cases (just don't run ele reflect maps, obviously).

When you get a weapon that can replace it. The Temple drops cheap ones with a crazy "5% of Non-Chaos Damage" mod that is insane for us.

I was using some cheap ones yesterday I posted in my day one progress in this thread that you can see.

Really been enjoying this as a league starter so far I just hit level 70 and started mapping.

I got 1 question:

At what cast speed does it feel smoother to apply/maintain BV it feels really clunky and slow right now?

So i started running "Spell echo" instead of "phys to light" in my BV link and it makes it feel so much smoother and everything is faster... but i reckon ill run into damage issues very soon (still doing low tier maps) what % of cast speed should i aim for before making the switch back for more damage.
