Sorry if the question has already been answered.
What I'd like to know is, how does this build sustains both health and mana against bosses? since it procs Warlord's Mark from Curse on Hit, and it only procs from Herald of Thunder when a shocked enemy dies, I just can't see where it is coming from. |
