For those who can't afford frostferno you can do the same by using Shroud of the lightless armor, you won't get the +40 or so extra cold as fire dmg, but you will get 37% elem penetration and be able to use another helmet

You think this build will be still viable on 3.4?
Combat Focus now causes Elemental Hit to deal 50% less damage of the prevented element, including damage that gets converted from the prevented element to a new element. This affects all existing versions of the jewel. |
