[3.6] Fire Elemental Hit Deadeye - Budget - Endgame

So can anyone tell me what im doing wrong? When I load my character up in PoB I can see im getting 600k dps on my elemental hit but I see others in the millions? How do i get my damage into the millions?

Your single target elemental hit is showing 1.1 mil on PoB.
Make sure 'Is the enemy at close range?' configuration is part of the calculation. " |

I am guessing you can't replace call of brotherhood? Just that one ring is 85c+.
