Yea, the leveling trees are way outdated, so stay away from those when leveling.... They will really mess you up. I had to go and respec a few points because of those.
The most current tree up to level 94 I believe is:

I am currently 95 and pusing for level 100 ice crash but i like defence alot and damage hould be better with a good rare amulet. What is your thoughts on that?

I think it is really hard to bear good rolled doryani's ... you gonna need a rare mace with high attack speed, high base crit chance, crit multi and about +450 phy. damage or something like that.

A rare amulett with good rolls is definitly a very good option. I have not played this build since 3.4 so I have not tested faster attacks but with Multistrike not that good anymore it seems to be a viable option.

I think I would change a few skills gems:
Ice Crash > Con. Effect / Increased Area of Effect > Elemental Damage with Attacks > Ruthless > Melee Phy. Damage /Rage > Fortify

Mana Reservation:
Hatred
Blood and Sand
Flesh and Stone linked with Maim

Sorry im a little confused and also not so experienced.
Checking this out and what confuses me is that there aint enough sockets for
blood - flesh linked with maim

I mean you take molten shell and herald out and that frees 2 sockets but you need 3 here?

In Pob you still have blood rage and vaal haste enabled.
Also fortification both in 6-link and leap-slam.
Do you take out haste or blood or use fortification only 6-link and that frees that link from leapslam?
