[3.4] Smite + HoP LL Guardian Brain Rattler 100% lightning Conversion.

Hi, I just happen to be starting a similar build. I'm still leveling as I've only started this league a few days ago but I'm excited to see how far I can push the smite/brain rattler combo.

After reading your post the first thing that came to mind is that I'm pretty sure there is a better option than lightning pen support. Since penetration has such diminishing returns and the rattler already has 20% pen on it. I'm also getting an additional 5% pen with Celestial Judgement from the tree. Just a thought although I'm unsure yet which supports will be the best options.
