First go to duelist and grab all life and damage (bravery, fury bolts). after that make your way to shadow area. grab piercing shots as soon as possible there.

in general: if you lack life while leveling - grab life, if you lack damage - take damage xD

Great build. is this still viable for 3.5? I want to make this my league starter. Also will it work if I only use caustic arrow? for both clear and single target.

I have a question. It's going to be hard to get a Quill Rain on Day 1 of HC league.
Without it do I still use CA/TR or use something else?

Also, now that delve is over, is it still better to use kintsugi or should I use Loreweave for the 80% res?
Hey,

First of all, thanks for your build guide. I've managed to advance the furthest in the game following it in this Delve league.

Since I'm on (self-inflicted) SSF, I had to make some gear-related compromises, focusing on MF, and also get to experiment a little bit around sockets and gems.

In this playthrough, I've found myself using Phase Run way more often than Blink Arrow. Paired with an Increased Duration gem, it got great synergy with Way of the Poacher since a get to spend those frenzy charges. Together with Rapid Assault and my Three Steps Assault, I've got great movement speed, which in turn helped me exploring those dark corners of the Azurite mine.

Do you think that changing Blink Arrow + Faster Attacks for Phase Run + Increased Duration was a good modification? Or it might not work for everybody?

Thanks in advance.

it should be viable with 3.5, but it depends on wednesdays patchnotes...

it will work with CA only, but you will get problems with hightier map bosses and elder/shaper guards.

No, you can play the build also with other bows, for example +1 to all socketed gems and high attack speed rare bow. Or even storm cloud until you get your hands on quill rain.
At start of leagues also a blue bow with high attack speed will do the work, preferably use toxic rain for start.

quill rain isn't that rare, should be possible to get your hands on one a couple hours after league start.

great to hear!
sure, it's just a matter of taste, phase run is pretty good since they've changed it in 3.4.
This build works in 3.5?
