If we are talking about Tectonic Slam's attack itself, which weapon would be best in slot? Nebuloch or the Oni-Goroshi? Ignoring the skill tree, and more focusing on the attack skill gem itself.

could you take a look on my setup? sth is going wrong. I cant even hit nearly Level 20 Precision, because i wont be able to cast Tectonic slam anymore. any suggestions what to change?

and i know, that im missing 40% Tectonic Slam on my Helmet. but i cannot afford those 100ex+ for that. run 20 uber labs, but its kinda lucky to get the right enchantment

Nebuloch can always only be three gems. and he doesnt have it on the tree either. how can i get it than on this? :/
