FWIW, the MoM + Convoking Wand "new best version" PoB from the first spoiler in OP calls for 6 ice.

I wanted to ask the same.
Maybe even not the easiest way but how do you craft all those wands with so many minion mods. I guess it's done with "Prefixes/suffixes cannot be changed". But how the process is done. What are you using to get those mods? Which fossils, essences etc.?

EDIT: I have found simple guide on yt. And answer for your question BerkayDmrlL - there is no easy way to have +1 minion and spell lvls ;)
