[3.8] Demi's Fastest Lemon: 190% Quantity Legacy MF Windripper Raider (ALL SKILLS + ALL CONTENT)

It is my budgged version and I am run out of currency. 91 lvl is maximum. I dont want leveling this character anymore. I have few questions.


1. Is normal if i count frenzy, flask, ... then Total DPS is in PoB only 230k?

2. Why is in Demi's build using Phase Run Gem if have pernament Phasing from "Quartz Infusion" in Asscendancy?

1. your tree is wrong and you're missing 4-5 abyssal jewels of damage. could also stand to get a real shaped amulet with dps mods instead of shit biscos. you also dont have a vinktar's or atziris or shock checked.

2. phase run gives movement speed.

Phase run is super useful in Delve - allows you to walk far deep in those dark and spooky gauntlets and to quickly return to the crawler through the packs of monsters pretty safely.

Also, you really want to change your bandits' reward to Alira - it's, like, mandatory for the crit based builds, this one included. If you have Unnatural Instinct jewel, than yes - go for it. This precious jewel is just nuts: gives you ton of life, movement/attack speed, crits etc.

I know it's early to say, but any thoughts on if this will still be viable in leagues (non-legacy/standard and post synthesis) with the changes in 3.7? Namely the nerfs to abyss jewels coming in which this build relies heavily on....

i've done t16 guardian maps and boss with a white 6l short bow, no jewels, and no unnatural instinct. itll be fine

Oh, be sure, this build will be nerfed to the ground unless you have double/triple legacy mirror-tier items :P

I was planning to use this build in 3.7, with the changes in scion area, should I still use UI in that place or would the passive tree change a bit for this build? Also, how harsh will that -crit multiplier be?

Gotta join the guy above in question about the demuge. Am planning to roll this build on friday. How wholesome will it be considering lack of legacy items in league and market reset in general? The road to 90 quant / 50+ rarity will take a while D: CWDT maxed as death-prevention measure?
