First of all, I'd like to hear what are these 3.7 "changes" that make mf useless. And hopefully you dont try to run this build in Legion league.

Then, let me tell you that MF never was something spectacular. It's just one more way to play poe. You stack +iiq on your kills AND on your map and voila! The Doctor will drop a bit easier (still you need to farm a lot and farm the right way). I more than sustain chaos and alchemy orbs I invest on maps. Tha one thing that is hard to get back is the legacy gear investement. You'd need something close to 20 Doctor cards, which is A LOT of Burial Chambers runs.

Maybe try some map guide like this?

im not that kind of pleb like you who farms doctorcard on shity layout map. i sell those burials.

i farmed 5-10ex per day by drop month ago soloplay but now barley get any alc and chaos.
what im asking to see demi plays his mf build. that map quide you can show you know exactly where. i know how game works. and it is nerfed.,
