Supporter Pack Didn't Received Extra Points instead of physical goods
Hello , i upgraded my support pitfighter pack to empyrean support pack via steam purchase 1 week ago but before payment section there wasn't option for adress section for physical items or choosing 660 points instead of physical items .
I send mail about that and said '' I want to choose shop points instead of hoodie and t-shirt '' 5 days ago , support answer me like '' I have gone ahead and passed this on to the relevant team member for you, who may be able to help further. '' but still my problem not solved and didnt received the points . I'm afraid of miss the sales after im out of points , so i'll be gratefull if you help me and send 660 points ( instead of physical goods ) as soon as possible . " Welcome to club mate , we'll see what gonna happen , keep in touch if you get answer. But really i dont understand shouldn't be to difficult arrange this just check the account if didn't get extra points send it or if have it send the physical goods . Am i thinking wrong ? " I'm not sure but i just read comments about this situation and people say when they send the package the will send e-mail with tracking code . But dont know after 10 days after purchase or more , but possibly more . 10 days passed after i buy supporter pack and still didnt get the extra points and its easier than send the physical items , so you can guess how many days it will take . |

I completely understand your frustration and agree that somebody should have helped you with this. 5 days+ seems like an awfully long time to wait. I could only assume that support is busy or your post have got lost, which would be the worst case scenario. GGG may be able to help you and send over desired items for the discounted price similar to how they handle supporter pack sales. I was told ones that you can make a plan for supporter packs going off sale, not sure if this applies to microtransactions though.
I usually do not read popular posts again after i made a comment on it, unless it's one of my own. I wish to have a Black robed Grim Reaper micro set in game one day, grant my wish, GGG

Well , i was waiting for celestial sale and its today !! But unfortunately almost 3 weeks passed and still no action from support and no news from my points , im gonna miss this sale because of this and not buy all mtxes what i want. Thanks GGG

" Did you use Steam wallet or some other external payment method that which is not listed on PoE own webshop (most option is through Xsolla)? Are you sure that you did use the right PoE account, if would have more then one you play on or maybe have created one before you got your Steam account? I did buy Empyrean package right now from PoE webshop as there are some things I have waited for to buy with Celestial theme and did also pick option to get coins instead of physical items (at least on PoEs own site I had option to opt out or give my name and address to send item to) and got credited those 660 coins when site went back after finish up transaction from bank. Purchase went through Xsolla and where made with a debit card, if that has any importance. My experience with support@grindinggear.com earlier today about a totally another question where rather fast. They responded in one hour each time or maybe faster. The key to this fast response I believe where that I used "reply" feature in gmail, so each mail automatically contained last conversation all the way back from my first email I sent. That way it is easier for support to see what have been already done and which other person that have been giving support and what kind of suggestion that have been given. All together I am happy that things went smooth with getting those coins added instead of waiting on t-shirt which might become very expensive as costume would add VAT (Xsolla listed on last stage of purchase that it is already incl 25% in price for VAT), costume administration will be added with around €7.50 as it is considered import when it is from outside of EU. JinX indicate on their site that international shipping might take up to 30 days and then costume can take even more time before they deliver anything. Support did respond faster then I expected, but they didn't directly solve my problem. Anyway hope you get your coins, if not in time then kindly ask if they still could give you the price that where on sale. Do it in the same email as you contacted them with "reply" to return email back to sender (GGG support) for the email you sent the first time about your coins.
