Research lab not containing any syndicate members

Not sure if this bug is reported already.

I haven't had any syndicate members spawn in any of the research labs I entered for the last couple days. It seems like the encounter itself doesn't start. There is no progress overview of the life of the things they are trying to destroy either.

I encounter this problem in maps and in leveling zones (act 8 quarry for example)

This is really annoying since research lab is the most valuable safehouse to enter and I have 0% intel since start of this league.

I just experienced the same thing in my last two research encounters. :| Cleared everything and no syndicate members shows up.
Can confirm, this happened to me twice.

The same happened to me twice today. All the mobs are there but no track of destroyed syndicate evidence and no one from the syndicate shows up. It has worked previously for me during this league, so this is a new bug for me starting today.

At the moment if you don't make a choice for ALL defeated Targets prior to entering the Research Lab then the Research Lab will not spawn any Targets.

In this case, did you to Fortification/Transportation/Intervention and not make a choice for all Targets before entering the Research Lab?
That's wrong... totally wrong Jatin !
Sorry for you, but I cannot count how many time I've make all choice for Syndicate members in first betrayal encounters sometimes a second with luck and finnaly end with third with nothing...
And that's a lucky case, cause many times was both of them with absolutly nothing.

A screen with a fort (there is plenty screen for empty research lab in the forum already)
And I swear: EACH time I've made a choice for each syndicate menbers !

At the moment if you don't make a choice for ALL defeated Targets prior to entering the Research Lab then the Research Lab will not spawn any Targets.

In this case, did you to Fortification/Transportation/Intervention and not make a choice for all Targets before entering the Research Lab?


I have not skipped making choices for any defeated syndicate members so far this league, so I don't think that this is the issue.
This is effecting more than just Research.

Here's my Daily:

Cameria in Intervention ganks me, I kill him.
He has 1 star and produces Sulphite Scarabs; so no way do I kick him out.
I simply don't choose and move on.

Next comes Fortification: it is Completely Empty.
Next comes Research: it is Empty, other than the minor NPCs.



These Multiple empty safehouses have happened many, many times now (and some of the times I did choose what to do w/Intervention characters.)
