Research lab not containing any syndicate members

for me its even worst i have played over 80 maps the past 2 days and no syndicate spawns and even when i do my daily on atlas i enter map and cant find syndicate in the map please fix this
I've been hunting down syndicate members and forcing myself to choose options like a zealot, yet it seems that the majority of the time the research lap encounters will be void of any research members. Upon entering these so called research lab encounters, the zone will be full of the normal syndicate mobs attacking things, but no "destruction counter bar" will appear and there will be no syndicate members at all. Super frustrating when syndicate encounters are so sparse already.

I came to post this same thing.

It's true in my case as the GGG member pointed out that I often refuse to make a choice.

I'm sure you're aware that sometimes no choice is the best choice, as someone else pointed out especially for intervention, and intervention almost always happens first.

I'm sure this is tied to how the member's choices interact with each other.

I hope you guys are considering a solution so that we can proceed choiceless. I'm sure it's a deeply coded (now) flaw from Betrayal before you guys knew you were going to allow them to appear 3-times in one zone.

Perhaps a third button to "allow to escape" or something like that as a quick fix? Should allow the guy to get off the screen and appear in the next encounter if necessary without having to change much else. Maybe just a line of dialog where she expresses her disapproval in allowing the syndicate to survive, lol.

Had the problem again yesterday. One time when i entered the research lab, the progress bar for the transportation encounter started for a split second, then disappeared and the research lab did not work again.

I'm also pretty sure that i did make a choice for all previous encounters (though not 100% sure).
After reading the patch notes I wanted to say that if you are in the market for someone to continue pointing out easy and obvious solutions which you probably thought of weeks ago... I'm currently entertaining offers in the range of 145K NZD plus moving expenses or housing.

Not sure if this is still on the radar or not. I saw no recent posts concerning the issue, although in the "known issues" Syndicate members not showing up is listed. Anyway:

Had now two maps where the laboratory did not work (one Plateau, one Villa). Both were randomly spawned Syndicate maps, not daily quests. Both times I could enter the lab and it would contain mobs, but neither did the timer with the evidence start nor did any Syndicate members spawn.

In the Villa map, I also only found a transport encounter (first) and the non-functioning lab, no third encounter. I did not to neglect to make any choices.

The Villa map had Shaper influence, not sure anymore about Plateau.
things that could have happened:

1. The last Division triggered one of your Interrogated people and gave the research lab enough intel to have 100% Intel.

2. In the last Encounter you interrogated the research leader .When he is Interrogated after the turn and not freed , then it will despawn his division.
If you manage to bargain on the 3rd choice and free him , his division will spawn normally.



In this Case, i think it was number 2. Maybe someone can check it or remember, if he did that.



(1) This will despawn any division .
(2) I dont know if that is wanted , but that is what happens.
I have experienced the same in the underground lab and I NEVER skip any syndicate choices. I'm 100% sure I made all available choices prior to entering the syn lab.
