Hwy guys, is there any reason not to use the carcass jack over a decent rare? it seems like such a good option and it's not mentioned in the guide.

How is the phantasmal quality this expensive/good? I can undsetand that anomalous is good as + skill effect is kind of good but how does decrasing the debuff effect do more dmg?
