Having some problems with survivability in the merciless lab and also on the mapping side of things

What should I look at replacing / upgrading?

Just my curiosity - thats my only 2nd league since 2013(there were races not leagues at the time) so im kinda noobish.How it calculated like?Damage over time applies to all damage over time but chaos damage over time applies only to poison/bleeding but no ele DOT?So increased damage on belt applies to any damage?Build is fantastic i really enjoy plaing it - if u got 5 min 2 av a look where should i look 4 an upgrade now id id really appreciate ;)

Ooops, fixed now

Get rare bow with poison mods.
Get head+belt+boots with hp+res(as much as possible)
You need 6L chest
Change flasks setup ;)
Swap infusion 4 unbound ailments

Should b ez ;)

Im sure this is somewhere in here but how much Chaos resistance should I have before switching to darkscorn?

Basically what other guy said. Also, I can only recommend Soul Raker annoint, its great.

Yeah its just as you said. Glad you like the build btw :)

For upgrades, I would start with helmet for sure, Starkonja is alright, but pretty meh in end-game. I really like Devoto with SA enchant (they are pretty cheap as well), but nice rare with shitton of life and - 9 chaos res would do it as well :d

Your quiver has bunch of damage but very little survivability, and is it really better than Drillneck in terms of DPS?

Your body is pretty good, but again, very little flat life on it.

Also, atm you dont have source of blind and fire damage to hits from what I see, both very strong (fire damage to hits enables cinderswallow damage boost).

Greater than 0 in order to not take more damagae from using it.

Last league I got to like 550, this league I did few nodes after 590 with non-divine flesh version. Based on poe.ninja, there is someone at 800 depth with Divine Flesh/Darkscorn atm:
