Much much better. It is gear independent 33% more dmg multiplier. 40% increased dmg enchant is about 5-10% of total dmg, depending on your gear. The better your gear is, the worse it gets.

i didn't see any offerings setup on this build? is it worth even given such a small amount of gems to be able to move around. Wave of conviction greater still for exposure?
