Hey man this build looks interesting with the 3.16 masteries.. I'm sure it could be potentially really good specially that reflect phys damage mastery, anyone thinking about this build?

Reckoning is being removed. All the new counterattacks are active skills. So the build wouldn't really be the same with the updates.
