[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

Started this build two days ago.

Levelling was a bit of a pain for me since I didn't follow the guide and tried some new skills.


This is my gear so far and it rips even though my gems are total trash.
Really satisfying to play.




Need to get a different helmet today. Starkonjas messes with my APS.
Will try to craft an amulet with Hatred Mana Reservation and Crit Multiplier today. Odds doesn't seem to be too bad with Jagged and Bound fossils.

trying to optimize my build few questions

is pandemonius worth it defensively even though you lose a lot of life and acc vs. a rare amulet?

also why do we put ice nova in chest and weapon?

would bottled faith replace a diamond flask in the set up?

is their cluster jewels worth going for? everytime I try and look at a good set up I feel like you lose too much from the main tree or end up with 3k life using clusters.

I have a 7ex budget left, I can liquidate my currency and come up with another 4-5ex if I can get decent bulk trades, thanks for the help in advance.

I have 32% CDR can I have more than 7.49 attack speed? I'm currently at 7.5 with elusive.

Nope, need either 14% or 52%.

If you have 14, need something below 7.49 (not even 7.5), and with 52 need about 9.9

Not too sure about those, gonna guess that a is for number of frostbolt and c is for its internal cooldown, but that’s just a guess

Im playing a different version of this build with HH but I got %14 CDR from my boots. Right now im at 7.13 APS but Im using Cinderswallow aswell so i got onslaught from there and with onslaught i got 8.32 APS.

Ive seen a lot of people with way higher APS playing the build and my question is this: How important this APS breakpoints are? Would more Attack speed(from passive tree, 14 AS cospris, jewel etc.) with Awakened CoC matter at all(since you get %10-22 CDR from the gem aswell?

You are losing about half your dmg with that high APS
