Anyone using a Glorious Vanity timeless jewel? I see other cyclone assassins using it, any advice on where to socket it and what bonuses to look for?

Someone help me with my aps, i dont realy know how much i should get, since a guy in-game told me i should get 10 APS intead of the 15 APS listed in the build guid, i am currently in 14.41 with a 15% CDR belt, ill let my POB below if somedody wants to check and help me :)

A couple questions I have about the build:
1) Why exactly is frozen trail mandatory? there is only 30 int in its range on the final PoB tree so do we just use it for the 10% projectile dmg? or am i missing something completely 2)Where exactly do you put glorious vanity to get life leech? I'll be selling my glorious vanity. Here's vid of it. Also there is 14%curse effectivness if you want to go self-tempchains HH. Mostly usefull stuff, life, leech, resistances, and damage, while still getting leech with just 2 points.
