I believe the GGPK in the Steam install will always remain defragmented, so this tool isn't needed there. Running it on the Steam install might mess with Steam's update mechanism too, so don't do that.

content.ggpk was 6.9GB - reduced it to 4.2GB. Thanks.

My original install was 0.9.13.18 back in 2012 and no fresh install since then. Ran the defragmenter now and hey:
Content.ggpk size went from 6.7 to 4.0 GB, initial loading time from potato to around 40s. This is a pretty solid tool. Thanks. |

Just an FYI.. the version posted doesn't seem to work on Linux machines anymore.
