" nothing is really safe for ssd, but yes. this isn't a disk defrag. this just creates a new content.ggpk file and compresses the inner data together in the process. |

" yes it should be safe, I still wouldn't call it defragmenting though but I can see why some people do refer to it as that. It basically deletes obsolete data from the GGPK file and then recompresses it, this makes it much less performance taxing for the computers CPU (To a lesser extent, the HDD) to access data within it and reduces load times.
