Could anyone explain what happened to Inner Conviction keystone on Militant Faith, can't seem to find any Dominus ones...

Hmm, seems like the trade site is broken. If you just search militant faith, you can find some "dominus" ones. On the other hand, if you put "Carved to glorify # new faithful converted by High Templar Dominus" in the search filter, you can't see any results.

Btw, advanced mod description of the one i've got doesn't give a dominus option, only avarius and maxarius.
My bet is that the mod itself is bugged somehow.

I'm hunting down decent scepters with good attack speed. One of the things I learned last league was not getting enough attack speed to to reach that APS cap.
These sceptres have too much attack speed, unless you are already very rich and have 52% CDR. You can use them if you drop onslaught flask, but then your clear speed is lower because of the lower movement speed.
Corruption roar looks pretty good if you have 52% CDR though.
