Thanks for the update. I now realize what was up. I had my config set up wrong.

I now sit @ 24m attatched brand (lvl 95) with sanctuary and a whopping 43m without it. Once i get the final points from levels I can add the final defensive nodes and switch over.

It is a similar set up to the one you posted but i have taken the crit nodes also.

I am interested in your feedback. Also I am interested in what your sheet dps reads on storm brand once you pop cloak/surge. I am concerned that something fishy is going on with the calcs.

I usually turn off Frenzy and Vaal RF as those aren't as consistent as the power charges.

The sextant that gives no cooldown for getting Vaal Souls is very fun for Vaal RF though.

You have to install path of building application and copy paste the code. If you never did it,check a utube video to lear about it.
