[3.13] 🔥Oro’s Flicker Strike Raider🔥 | Top tier mapper/currency farmer | 10M+ DPS | All Content

Hey I haven't played in a while so I'm still trying to learn everything again, what impale nodes are you guys talking about? From what I'm reading, you're saying we should just use a terminal est + impale nodes until we get the impresence neck? We don't use oro's sword until we have the proper setup right?

Could you maybe show me a suggested PoB to go for? I'm currently level 49 atm and I'm guessing I'll probably be 70+ by later tonight, was just asking so I don't have to make drastic changes to the build later

His guide is pretty straight forward, buy a corrupted 6L w/ 80 Life and 30 Total Res (See one with 3R, 2G, 1B w/ 1000EV for 30C), and an 800DPS+ Oro's. And you're set. The oro's alone is going for an alch. Links don't matter in the oro's since that will be your totem setup. Chest will be used for oro's.

That alone should carry you easily into early maps and start farming currency quickly. Then hold out for an impressence. I see some going for 1.4ex, which equates to just below 100c right now.

Right but I was referring to page 27 where the author and some other guys were talking about Imaple nodes and terminus est, which is not what the linked PoBs show in the original post, meaning its an alternate path.

I don't see the author posting at all about Terminus Est???
Yeah my bad I was looking at another post and thought it was the author, but I'm referring to this post:

I only did this because the season is way different.

It was a lot easier to get particular items last season due to harvest crafting.

Impresence is expensive early in the season and a big boost to using Oro is having flammability paired with it.

Without harvest it is going to be harder to get ALL the preferred mods on your gear such as Strike Skills on Gloves, Recovery of health with Crit on chest, Vermillion rings with desirable stats will be more expensive, tailwind on boots, and -9% Fire res on helm.

This caveat will still be the same if you go physical, but there are other areas where you can spend your currency that you can use for both builds so you can switch as you desire.

Cluster Jewels have been changed again and I'm not entirely sure what we can even get. I haven't seen a single Feed The Fury, Fuel the Fight, Surefoot Striker cluster yet and I'm sure when one finally appears it will be multiple exalts.

I think this season is going to have a slower pace for most players and a lot of items are going to be gated behind those who know how to legacy craft and get lucky slams. Top tier gear is going to be more expensive.

If you go physical and use Terminus you can grab the impale nodes and juice a lot of damage into the build without needing to spend any money.

I spent the majority of my chaos on Inspired Learning, Awakened Melee Splash, and maxing out my resistances as best as possible. I also picked up an Enlighten so I could run Pride, War Banner, and Blood & Sand.

Not sure how much more I will get to play this season, but it feels comfortable enough to push past T10 maps while still using a Tabby.

You're going to die a lot, but that's an unfortunate downside to the build if you're not that good at staying out of degen effects before you can min-max all your gear to perfection.

Overall, both builds will work. Oro's is a 100% solution all the way through end game. You will not get rid of it.

If you go physical, you'll eventually need to replace Terminus with a high phys damage rare and if you can manage it frenzy charge on hit on chest. The frenzy charge on chest isn't 100% necessary, but it will negate staggering between flickers on bosses.
Heinarc has an "SSF" physical build since obviously in SSF it's luck if you'll find an Oro's.

I decided since gear is more expensive this season I'd try it out and use a Terminus Est early in maps.

Here is my current setup - I also stole from another Flicker build using Fragile regrowth jewel. Since we are evasion based you can keep 10 stacks up quite often and it helps with health regen.

I don't know how to setup the damage calculation for impale yet so I can't tell you exactly how much DPS I'm doing.

Edit: Forceful Skewering and Swift Skewering are the nodes you're looking for.

I am hardcore struggling to level in the beginning with this build and fight the bosses I spent 5 minutes trying to kill Brutus

Is leveling with frost blades optimal for this build? It seems to be an absolute pain

I even got a tabby to six link it

I don't like frost blades personally.

I level with what I know. I use Caustic Arrow or Toxic Rain until first ascendancy for frenzy charge generation then switch to flicker.

It's a little slow going until level 44 when you can pick up a Rigwald's Charge, but still very strong if you invest in the right passives and have a half decent 2 handed sword.

Toxic Rain you can get pretty low and will carry quite well regardless of not having increased chaos damage passives.

Dope thanks for sharing, how is the build so far in maps/bosses? Have you done red maps yet?
Hi, I am currently leveling up for this build.

I was curious how important is the implicit on the Oro's Sacrifice. I found a cheap (10c) corrupted 6-link and the colors are correct. But the implicit is 7% attack speed instead of 30% elemental damage with attacks. Is it a big deal? Should I go one with a default implicit?
