These are all day 1 items. You dont need them anyway for levelling
Sorry, but I can't see how can you get Xoph's blood at day 1 - it costs about 5 ex during first couple days.

I feel like I get more for the points spent.

Hey there! I like this idea and would probably spec to it once I can afford an intuitive leap but am having a hard time finding what passive "arcane surge" mod you are referring to for the medium cluster jewel. Can you link a screenshot of your jewel?

What I was referring to is called " Arcane Pyrotechnics". You can check my passive tree directly (should be public). However, this is how the medium cluster jewel looks like (an example)

It's good to have goals and a direct line of progress. Some players are very hardcore and progress super fast in the first days. Making exalts in the first 2-3 days is much easier than 1 week into the league (if you know what you're doing).
I'm just a casual player and I had really no issues with this guide. However, I didn't get the key items very early. That didn't stop me to make the best out of the items I had.
Early on, focus on the key items that are cheap. I went for the gloves that actually enable the build and for a 4/5L tinkerskin. Those were all very cheap.
The rest, I just used what I had. I think I got my 6L after a very long time...
Also, there are some key gems where quality makes a big difference. Probably a q20 gem makes a bigger difference than an item upgrade in early maps
Try to understand the thinking and the decisions made my ARP and adapt those to your build, items and style

2. Can this build to Simulacrum 20 waves safely?
