How do you guys manage to get 20% CDR on boots?

" You need elevated shaper CDR mod. Just maven orb a pair of boots with T1 CDR and another influence mod and pray to gods that you didn't waste 6ex for nothing. Here's the pair I crafted for myself btw: Don't think I'd be able to play with no movespeed/tailwind :/ Just need to replace avoid elemental ailments (unless we can cap it somehow) with res and craft cannot be frozen. |

Hello! I am fascinated with this construction and all the work and contribution of zzang and the entire community.
I need help to understand how I can improve. I have invested a lot of money first, but some items are not up to par. I feel like I have very good damage, but I'm at 5700 ES, and that's pretty little ... at T16 inclusive, if I don't take care of some mobs, they can oneshoot me. Where could I start? For example, when trying to find cooldown rate belts and boots, they get VERY expensive and don't always have the best stats. Thank you! |

" Use defence catalysts on amulet. Use rem/add defence on helmet until better es affix. Use crystal belt instead of stygian belt (you lose jewel's attribute bonuses though, might be a problem?). Gloves should be "easy" upgrade for more ES. You went all in on damage affixes on normal jewels. I'd dedicate one affix on %es on each jewel, adds up. |

and where do u get all the block from, i got most of the gear at this point but still only at 49/44 block when attacking, can somebody fill me in ? |

" Yo quick question. I don't have the CDR on gear yet, but I think I may want to get the helmet done first. Would this be a viable option even if my other gear isn't quite as great yet? In other words can the helmet stand alone when I shift or do I need to do it along with the respec to crit passives and the other gear boots gloves wands? Thank you!
