[3.21] Aegis Incinerate Elementalist - Tank with over 10mil Shaper DPS!

I been wondering.. how do you all manage your mana regen lol.. I been doing it through clarity aura.. but not sure what I am actually missing..

I have -4 mana cost ring already.

Yes you are 100% correct. Once you have your attributes and resists covered and you have room, absolutely put one of +1 amulets in.

You can add +1 to intelligence gems and or +1 to fire gems for your amulet, both of which scale incinerate.

If you check the latest POB listed in the first post, I think the build owner recently added a +1 to intelligence amulet.

I think you might be missing a key mastery.

You need the Mana Mastery 10% Reduced Cost of Mana Skills. You can get it next to Mystic Bulmark.

Try turning that on in POB and see if it fixes your issues.

Inquisitor and Elementalist uses the exact same tree, just change your starting branch. We strongly recommend elementalist now though, the damage difference is just too great.

Thank you, but I'm already a level 78 inquisitor, I don't want to start the acts again. I want more survival, a friend from the guild has a build for an elementalist, should I advise him yours?

Well, not mine, but the OP's first post has the updated POB for elementalist. The text might be a little out of date.

The build is definitely playable with inquisitor, just not as good. Here is a quick comparison from the OP's first post's POB:

With inquisitor you get:
- 7.5% life/ES regen (consecrated ground is now 5% base regen, add 50% effect from Pious Path)
- 75% reduced cursed effect (consecrated ground now has 50% base reduced effect, add 50% from Pious Path)
- Righteous Providence (instead of Instruments of Virtue) adds a lot of crit, maybe enough you can used controlled destruction.
- Take 8% less elemental damage (but I consider that a wash with elementalist Bastion of Elements)

You lose:
- Your damage goes from 6745K to 2708K

The survivability is there once you reach the end build. Being an inquisitor doesn't mean you are more tanky, especially if you can kill monsters faster as elementalist. But I totally understand not running the acts again :D

I hit level 90 but died a few times. A few panic moments when I'm doing a baked map and my life/ES starts to drain fast and no flasks stops it, until I realize it's one of those "take X damage when scourge blood is above Y". Ugh I hate all these mods that basically takes away control of when I enter the scourge mode.

My next upgrades are 1X+ now. Awakened elemental focus, Empower (3 for cheaper), etc. I also think I am coming to the same conclusion that I had in previous league, where petrified life is nice for jump starting damage, but the original build is still more tanky with more eHP especially against chaos damage, so might need to swap back once I get the currency.

Also medium cluster with infused and unwavering is 1.5X, ugh. I tried to roll it myself, no lucky.

I think for the time being I am going to get Unwavering with something else, which is much cheaper than Rapid Infusion. Then later I will replace with Infused if the RNG gods would ever show some mercy on me this league.
