Got tabula on act 5 and I wonder if respec now and keep gems at low lvl is worth it or should I stay with traps and respec around lvl 70? Kinda confused as I saw some people say you should respec as soon as you get 5l/6l but also scared I'm gonna regret as people who did it too early.

you're stacking mana in conjuction with arcane cloak, increased effect of arcane surge and sigil of power to bolster "Archmage" support which adds lightning damage based on mana spent

it depends on the player. I would definitely not run archmage until you can get around 3k mana and 2.5k life. You can run elemental bfbb until you get to that point if you dont like traps or want to save the hassle of respecing.

I hated traps at first and I like bf/bb but might stay with traps for now, should I make 6l with traps then? And if so what gems would be best setup for it?

what links do you recommend for ele before the switch to archmage? the trap playstyle is wearing me out lol

You folks are correct, it's not going to work there. Eventually it ends up in the jewel socket next to the Scion start - check the End Game tree in POB. Maybe buy those points a bit early if you have a Vigil already?
