How many ex I have to invest to have half of that DPS?

Assuming you don't care about eHP and resistances, each rare would cost you an awakener orb + base, which is about 4-5 ex each. Both staff and Asenath gloves are about 4-5 ex each.

By including those cluster jewels and other small things, I'd estimate the cost to be about 30 ex.

Seeing this league has low supply and high demand, this build is definitely be expensive.
